Highland Grazing grows lamb and pork sustainably on solar fields. Our lamb and pork is 100% grass fed USA solar sourced. The sheep and pigs live a free range life on vast solar sites performing the vegetative maintenance, putting carbon back into the soil and reducing the environmental impact of mechanically mowing. Eating our lamb and pork promotes a healthier environment and supports a small local business. The sheep return to the ranch each winter were they are fed premium second cutting hay.
